As you browse our site, we may use ‘cookies’ to improve your user journey. Cookies are Industry Standard and you’ll see most sites using them. Cookies help to retain your preferences for a site but can be refused…but we can’t guarantee the site will work quite as slick and nice as it should! We have Traffic Data collection on the Site via a tool ‘you may have heard of’ called Google Analytics (GA). GA does not identify any individual nor does it associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. The data it does collect is transmitted to Google’s servers in the United States and we use this data to help us ensure we keep the site up to date and functional and it also allows us to identify potentially malicious behaviour and keep the bad guys away!
If you use our contact form we will collect personal information. This is limited to your name and email address and any detail you add in to the message. As you may guess, we use that to answer your query and to help you get what you need from us. We only keep this as long as your query is ‘In Progress’. This may mean you’re all done in one go and that’s great, it may also mean that your query turns in to you joining our Customers and then obviously we’d keep the information longer and likely build on it through our relationship. We don’t have a mailing list so you’re not going to see us emailing you out of the blue! That spam folder is going to be empty!
We don’t normally share your information with ‘3rd Parties’…cue shady music…
By 3rd parties we really mean our Partners and Suppliers or Distributors. We would only share your information as part of a legitimate business activity such as placing an order for you. Orders…we like those!
You are entitled to amend the personal information we hold and you can do that at any time by emailing: email@example.com
